Errr... who's RMS... and why is he coming to Sri Lanka ??? ... and why to SLIIT ??? ...
OK... Listen up... RMS is Richard M. Stallman, who is the philosopher of Free Software Movement and the founder of Free Software Foundation. Because of this one man's ideology, it is possible for us to use FOSS (Free & Open Source Software) in ways we have not imagined before. Anyways enough of the geek talk... So thats RMS... (There is another popular RMS among mobile application developers... Record Management Systems... we used this three words a lot in our ITP project presentations... he he hee)
Why he is coming to SL... well, probably for fun, I think... But maybe to promote Free Software as well... honestly I don't know... Why is he coming to SLIIT, I don't know that as well... But I intend to find out... and if i do find out, i will post it here...
